Ts125 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using ts125 services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ts125 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ts125 platform — whether via the website or mobile application — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms along with all related policies published on the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ts125 platform. Continued use following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest published version. Users who are below the minimum age required under applicable local laws are not permitted to register for or use ts125 services.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older, or have reached the minimum legal age applicable in their jurisdiction.
- Use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or resale purpose.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ts125. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. ts125 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact ts125 support immediately.
- Use a strong password — a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
- Update your account details promptly if any of your personal information changes.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the ts125 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any fraudulent activity, system manipulation, promotion abuse, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users may not use automated software, bots, or any third-party technological tools to access or interact with the ts125 platform in an unauthorised manner. Any form of modification, decompilation, or reverse engineering of the platform or any part thereof is strictly prohibited.
- Placing bets on behalf of another person without written authorisation is prohibited.
- Using your account to transfer funds between users or for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Publishing, sharing, or distributing platform content to third parties without authorisation is prohibited.
- Any unlawful, abusive, or threatening communications made through the platform are strictly prohibited.
Ts125 reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these rules, without obligation to provide reasons or prior notice in cases involving platform security and integrity.
Payment, Deposit, and Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the ts125 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX (internet banking for all major banks), and DuitNow. Processing times vary by method — from instant to several hours depending on the option chosen.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered in the user's name only. ts125 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Users are responsible for ensuring that recipient account details are correct before submitting a withdrawal request — ts125 will not be liable for any loss resulting from incorrect details provided by the user.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time.
- Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
- Withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your account usage patterns may be held for security review.
- Ts125 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
All bonuses, promotional credits, or rewards granted to users are subject to the specific promotional terms set out at the time of the offer and may not be directly converted to cash unless all stated conditions have been fully met.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy, Intellectual Property and Amendments
Limitation of Liability
Ts125 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Ts125 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Any legitimate funds remaining in a terminated account will be returned to the user subject to the appropriate investigation. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting ts125 support.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, source code, and other materials on the ts125 platform are the exclusive property of ts125 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written permission from ts125.
Third-Party Links
The ts125 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. ts125 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any such third parties and makes no representations or warranties regarding them.
Amendments and Governing Law
Ts125 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without individual notice to users. The latest version will always be published on this page along with the amendment date. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by applicable Malaysian law.
